In-stock styles start at 10 pairs per colour. OEM production with your own design starts at 200 pairs per style. ODM on our existing lasts with your brand starts at 500 pairs per style. Samples are 1-5 pairs per style at a sample fee that is credited against bulk orders.
OEM means you supply the design, tech pack or sample and we manufacture it exactly. ODM means you choose from our existing developed lasts and styles and we apply your brand, colours and packaging. OEM gives full design control with higher MOQ; ODM is faster and cheaper because development is already done.
Default is T/T 30% deposit with the 70% balance paid before shipment. We accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. PayPal is available for sample orders only (cost plus 4.4%). We quote and accept USD and CNY.
Samples ship in 7-14 days from an approved design. Bulk production runs 25-45 days from approved sample plus 30% deposit. Reorders of repeat styles run 15-25 days. Air-freight samples arrive in 3-5 days; sea bulk is 25-45 days transit from Shanghai, Ningbo or Shenzhen.
Every order is inspected in-house to AQL 2.5. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek is available at buyer cost. We share pre-shipment photographs of the bulk via WhatsApp before container loading. Our defective rate over the last 24 months is under 0.5%.
Default is FOB Shanghai, Ningbo or Shenzhen. We can also quote EXW factory or CIF to your destination port on request. We consolidate mixed styles into one container and prepare full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
Yes, and we recommend it. Send a reference or tech pack and we produce a sample in 7-14 days at a sample fee. The fee is credited against your bulk order once you proceed. Air-freight delivery of samples is 3-5 days worldwide.
We prepare all export-side documentation and clear Chinese customs. Import duties, VAT and customs clearance at your destination are the buyer responsibility, as is standard under FOB terms. We provide correct HS codes and declared values to support your import.
