When you submit a quote request or contact form, or message us by email or WhatsApp, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the details of your enquiry. We also collect basic server log data such as IP address and browser type, used only to operate and secure the site.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, process and ship orders, and keep you updated about your order. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked to receive it.
To fulfil an order we share only the necessary details with the producing factory, freight forwarder and, where you request it, the third-party inspection company. These partners receive only what they need to complete your order. We disclose information to authorities only where required by law.
We use a small number of functional cookies to remember your language and currency preference. We use a privacy-respecting visitor-statistics script to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us at any time. Email yuhua0095@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Because we retain only enquiry and order data, deletion is usually straightforward.
